Job Description – Production Manager (Corrugation)
Job Summary
Responsible for managing the complete production operations of the Semi-Automatic Corrugation Plant, ensuring efficient production of E-Flute and F-Flute corrugated sheets and boxes while maintaining quality, productivity, safety, and cost targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and achieve daily production targets.
- Oversee E-Flute and F-Flute manufacturing operations.
- Ensure quality standards, flute profile, bonding strength, and dimensional accuracy.
- Optimize machine utilization and minimize downtime.
- Control wastage and improve productivity.
- Coordinate with PPC, Quality, Maintenance, and Dispatch teams.
- Lead and supervise production manpower.
- Ensure safety, housekeeping, and process compliance.
Qualification & Experience
- Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or related field.
- 8–15 years of experience in corrugated box manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience in Semi-Automatic Corrugation Plants, E-Flute, and F-Flute production.
