Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic Telecallers with excellent communication skills to join our dynamic sales team. Your role will be to connect with potential customers over phone calls and introduce them to our IT services including:
- Website Design & Development
- Instagram & Social Media Marketing
- SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- Mobile App Development (Android & iOS)
- Google Ads and more.
Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to explain our IT services and generate leads.
- Follow up with interested prospects and schedule meetings with them.
- Maintain a proper database of customer interactions in CRM or Excel.
- Understand client requirements and pitch the most suitable digital solution.
- Work closely with the marketing and web team to ensure smooth communication.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all client interactions.
- Closing Sales Calls, convert your Potential leads into final sales and handle them properly.
Requirements:
- Good verbal communication skills in Hindi & basic English.
- Confidence and strong convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of IT services is a plus (Training will be provided).
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Freshers are welcome. Prior experience in telecalling/sales will be an added advantage.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduation
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
- Male / Female Both can Apply
Working Hours:
10:00 AM to 7:00 PM | Monday to Saturday
