Roles & Responsibilities

Lead the payroll cutover process for multiple regions, including the United States, Canada, and EU countries.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of SAP payroll modules.

Develop and execute cutover plans, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Provide guidance and support to junior team members and stakeholders throughout the cutover process.

Conduct data conversion activities using LSMW and ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Configure and customize SAP PA/OM and Payroll modules to meet business requirements.

Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure alignment of payroll processes with organizational policies and regulations.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to payroll cutover activities in a timely manner.

Coordinate testing activities and validate payroll results to ensure accuracy.

Document processes, configurations, and best practices for future reference.
