Job Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide an exceptional in-store shopping experience.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Demonstrate product features, materials, and usage to customers.
- Assist customers with gift selections, wedding gifting, and home decor purchases.
- Maintain product displays and ensure the store is visually appealing at all times.
- Handle billing, invoicing, and payment collection.
- Manage customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Assist with stock management, inventory checks, and replenishment.
- Keep updated on product knowledge, new arrivals, and industry trends.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, luxury retail, home decor, lifestyle, or hospitality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable personality with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to understand customer preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
- Basic knowledge of billing software and inventory management.
- Proficiency in Hindi and basic English.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in luxury retail, crockery, home decor, gifting, or lifestyle products.
- WhatsApp selling and customer relationship management.
- Visual merchandising skills.
Working Hours
10:30 AM – 8:30 PM
