We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Event Designer to conceptualize and execute visually appealing event designs and experiences. The candidate will be responsible for planning event themes, décor concepts, layouts, and creative elements that align with client requirements and brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and themes for weddings, corporate events, exhibitions, parties, and other events
- Design event layouts, décor plans, stage setups, and visual presentations
- Coordinate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget
- Prepare mood boards, sketches, 3D designs, and presentations for event proposals
- Collaborate with vendors, decorators, production teams, and event managers
- Select color schemes, lighting, floral arrangements, furniture, and decorative elements
- Supervise event setup and ensure design execution meets quality standards
- Stay updated with current event design trends and creative ideas
- Manage event styling timelines and coordinate logistics related to décor and setup
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
