Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Electrical HOD to lead electrical activities for Power Plant projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, commissioning, quality, and successful completion of electrical installations.
Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. in Electrical Engineering
Experience
- 6–8 Years
- Experience in Power Plant projects will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead electrical project execution from start to finish.
- Plan and supervise installation of electrical equipment.
- Manage HT/LT panels, transformers, MCCs, cable laying, and termination.
- Coordinate electrical commissioning activities.
- Ensure project quality, safety, and adherence to standards.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project schedules and manpower utilization.
- Resolve technical issues during execution and commissioning.
- Prepare project reports and documentation.
- Ensure timely completion of projects within budget.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Power Plant electrical systems.
- Electrical commissioning expertise.

- Knowledge of HT/LT systems and industrial electrical equipment.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
