- Monitor patients' vital signs, clinical condition, and response to treatment.
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, blood products, and treatments as prescribed.
- Prepare patients for diagnostic tests, surgeries, and medical procedures.
- Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation and patient records.
- Educate patients and their families regarding treatment, medications, and discharge instructions.
- Follow infection prevention and control protocols at all times.
- Ensure patient safety by adhering to hospital policies and nursing standards.
- Coordinate with doctors and multidisciplinary teams for effective patient care.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide basic and advanced life support when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of patient care areas and medical equipment.
- Participate in nursing handovers, ward rounds, and continuous quality improvement activities.
- Comply with NABH standards, hospital policies, and ethical nursing practices.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
