We are currently hiring for the following positions:
Area Sales Manager (ASM)
Territory Sales Manager (TSM)
Locations:
- Faridabad
- Gurugram
- Hisar
- GT Belt (Haryana)
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive primary and secondary sales in the assigned territory.
- Develop and expand dealer, distributor, and retail networks.
- Identify new business opportunities and market expansion areas.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Ensure effective implementation of sales and promotional schemes.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Build strong relationships with channel partners and key customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business plans.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate/MBA with relevant sales experience.
- Proven experience in Channel Sales, Distribution Management, and Business Development.
- Strong understanding of the local market and distribution network.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong focus on achieving business objectives.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Preference Will Be Given To:
Candidates having prior experience in the LED Lighting Industry, Electricals, Consumer Durables, Switchgear, Fans, Wires & Cables, or related Channel Sales businesses will be given high preference.
