Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute business development plans to drive sales growth and achieve revenue objectives.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Convert prospects into customers by delivering compelling sales presentations and tailored proposals.
- Manage and track the sales pipeline while maintaining accurate records in CRM systems and MS Excel.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders and existing clients.
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare regular business reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience and satisfaction.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Telesales.
- Candidates from a telesales background should possess team management experience or exposure to B2B sales.
- Proven ability to generate leads, develop opportunities, and close deals successfully.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with CRM tools is preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced work environment.
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
