Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business objectives by identifying target audiences and creating platform-specific content strategies
Build and scale social media channels across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, Instagram, Reddit, and other relevant platforms
Conducting competitor analysis and social listening to identify trends and opportunities
Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, product, and customer success teams to support integrated campaigns and drive brand awareness and product adoption
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in social media marketing, community building, and audience growth
Proven experience growing social media presence for SaaS products, technology brands, startups, or digital-first businesses, with measurable improvements in followers, engagement, and brand visibility
Demonstrated ability to ideate, test, and implement innovative content and growth strategies with a data-driven approach
Strong understanding of LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, Reddit, Instagram, and emerging social platforms
Experience with social media management and analytics tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar platforms
Familiarity with AI-powered tools and workflows to enhance content creation, research, analytics, and operational efficiency
Excellent communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills with the ability to simplify complex SaaS concepts into engaging content
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Portfolio or case studies demonstrating successful social media growth initiatives, including follower growth, engagement improvements, content performance, or community-building outcomes
