What are we looking for? • Over 10 years of experience in operations, consulting, and digital transformation solutions focused on Banking: Credit, Daily Banking, Control, KYC, Financial Crime • Background in process automation and digital transformation initiatives; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI • Strong understanding of Banking processes and their impact on upstream processes • Ability to identify automation/improvement opportunities and create automation/transformation roadmaps • Experience with industry-proven technologies, automation, AI, and analytics • Strong consulting mindset with a track record of implementing digital solutions • Excellent communication skills, result-oriented, self-driven, and experienced in managing high-performance teams • Self-driven, go-getter, with the ability to work with limited inputs • Creative problem-solving skills • Adaptable to change and able to drive a change mindset with stakeholders
Roles and Responsibilities: • Evangelize Business Transformation solutions for clients, focusing on end-to-end transformation to create “Future Ready” Operations • Design and implement streamlined workflows that enhance efficiency and reduce operational risk • Lead the modernization and optimization of Banking and Compliance processes using Generative AI, Agentic AI, and traditional process improvement methods • Drive Work Orchestration through Lean, Flexible Operating Models, and Automated & Agile Workforce • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure transformation success. Engage with client senior leadership to create Transformation Roadmaps, Target Operating Models, and optimize tactical value
