Electronica Fire Safety Services is looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead and manage the complete Human Resource operations of the company. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee management, HR policies, performance management, and maintaining a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Handle employee onboarding, training, and performance management
- Maintain attendance, payroll coordination, and employee records
- Resolve employee concerns and maintain workplace discipline
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Conduct employee engagement and team-building activities
- Coordinate with management for workforce planning and organizational growth
- Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential documentation
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Good knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and compliance
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management tools
- Ability to handle teams and manage workplace culture effectively
