Store Manager
Inventory Management, Material Control & Warehouse Operations
Responsibilities
· Manage overall store operations including material receiving, storage, issue, and inventory control.
· Ensure proper handling, identification, and storage of raw materials, components, finished goods, and consumables.
· Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP systems and ensure real-time stock updates.
· Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, Sales, and Dispatch teams for material requirements and availability.
· Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, specifications, and quality requirements.
· Ensure timely material issuance to Production as per work orders and production plans.
· Monitor stock levels, maintain minimum/maximum inventory, and avoid shortages or excess inventory.
· Conduct regular stock verification, cycle counts, and support physical inventory audits.
· Manage inward, outward, and material movement documentation.
· Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO practices and traceability of materials.
· Maintain store discipline, safety, housekeeping, and proper material handling practices.
· Prepare inventory reports, stock statements, and MIS reports for management review.
· Lead and supervise store team members to ensure efficient store operations.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Supply Chain, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
· 5–8 years of experience in stores, inventory management, or warehouse operations.
· Strong knowledge of material management, inventory control, and ERP systems.
· Experience in manufacturing industry stores operations.
· Good understanding of documentation, stock reconciliation, and reporting.
· Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
