Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers to collect feedback regarding services and overall experience.
- Conduct telephonic feedback calls and customer satisfaction surveys.
- Record and maintain accurate feedback data and reports.
- Identify customer concerns, complaints, and suggestions.
- Escalate critical issues to the relevant department for resolution.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly feedback reports.
- Maintain professional and positive communication with customers.
- Support customer retention and service improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer conversations professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Office, CRM tools).
- Strong attention to detail and reporting skills
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
