About the Role
We are looking for a driven and energetic Business Development Executive (Sales) who can identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into long-term clients. The role involves both inside sales (calling) and outreach to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and online research.
- Reach out to potential clients and present company services effectively.
- Schedule meetings and follow up with prospects regularly.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable digital marketing solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
- Convert leads into successful business deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth project onboarding.
- Maintain daily reports of calls, leads, and conversions.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales / business development (preferred in digital marketing).
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and client meetings.
- Ability to understand business needs and offer solutions.
- Target-oriented mindset with a hunger for growth.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing is a plus.
Pay: ₹11,529.26 - ₹40,906.10 per month
