Role Overview
We are looking for energetic field sales professionals to acquire customers, source business loan opportunities, and achieve disbursement targets through open market sourcing and regular field visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through field sales and open market sourcing.
- Sell business loans and achieve monthly disbursement targets.
- Build relationships with merchants and small business owners.
- Conduct customer meetings, verify loan applications, and support collections to maintain low delinquency.
- Regularly visit assigned territories and meet prospective customers.
Eligibility
- 1–5 years of field sales experience, preferably in Business Loans, Personal Loans, LAP, Microfinance, Gold Loans, or other lending products.
- Experience in open market sourcing is preferred.
- Local language fluency is mandatory.
- Valid Driving License and personal two-wheeler are mandatory.
- Age up to 25 years.
- CIBIL Score of 650 or above.
