Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven IT Project Coordinator to lead our software development projects. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination between clients and internal teams while delivering high-quality web and mobile solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and manage multiple IT projects from initiation to delivery
- Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable plans
- Set clear timelines, milestones, and project goals
- Coordinate with developers, designers, and QA teams
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery
- Handle client communication and build strong relationships
- Identify bottlenecks and resolve project challenges efficiently
- Ensure quality standards and best practices are followed
- Conduct regular updates, sprint meetings, and project reviews
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Minimum 2.5 years of experience in IT Project Management
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end software development projects
- Strong ability to lead teams and drive project ownership
- Good understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum practices
- Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
- Experience in handling cross-functional teams
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
