Job Summary
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve revenue targets, expand the customer base, and maintain strong client relationships. This role involves developing sales strategies, monitoring performance, identifying market opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales goals.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to maximize performance.
- Set individual and team sales targets and monitor progress.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, training, and coaching sessions.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support business growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales management or a similar leadership role.
