Position - Centre Supervisor (MRF)
Job Purpose
To oversee the day-to-day operations of the Material Recovery Facility (MRF), ensuring smooth functioning of centre activities, proper material management, labour supervision, safety compliance, and maintenance of operational records.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations and ensure efficient functioning of the centre.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, and deployment of workers and staff.
- Allocate work among labourers and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Monitor inward and outward movement of materials and maintain necessary records.
- Ensure proper storage, segregation, handling, and dispatch of materials.
- Conduct weighment of incoming and outgoing materials and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct weighment of segregated BMC materials and maintain related reports.
- Coordinate with vendors and transporters for timely material pickup and dispatch.
- Monitor machinery and equipment and report breakdowns or maintenance requirements.
- Ensure cleanliness, housekeeping, and overall upkeep of the centre.
- Perform material quality checks and submit quality-related reports.
- Maintain inventory and stock records and ensure proper stock control.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, labour guidelines, and operational checklists.
- Maintain records of PPE kits issued to Safai Sathis and submit weekly reports.
- Support and coordinate welfare programs, awareness sessions, and engagement activities for workers.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports as required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate or Diploma holder in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in warehouse, recycling, waste management, logistics, manufacturing, or similar operations.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and record keeping.
- Familiarity with MS Excel and reporting is preferred.

Pay: ₹11,790.02 - ₹57,042.25 per month
