We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with 2–3 years of experience in telesales and business development. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into customers, sending quotations, securing orders, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through telecalling, emails, and online platforms.
- Identify and qualify potential customers and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Conduct outbound sales calls to introduce products/services and generate inquiries.
- Follow up with leads and prospects regularly to maximize conversions.
- Prepare and send quotations to customers as per their requirements.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals.
- Take customer orders and coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Update and maintain customer data, inquiries, quotations, and sales activities in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Experience in preparing quotations and handling customer follow-ups.
- Target-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting sales goals.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B sales and industrial products/manufacturing sector will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with lead generation through LinkedIn, online portals, and digital platforms.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
