Shanthi Engineering Works is seeking a skilled and dedicated CNC Machine Operator to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines, ensuring precision in machining, and maintaining high-quality standards in production.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines (Turning).
- Interpret engineering drawings and job orders.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production targets.
Qualifications
- Any degree.
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in CNC machining (freshers with training may also apply).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments (vernier, micrometer, gauges).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
