Job Responsibilities
- Conduct quality checks for raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, and FSSAI standards.
- Monitor hygiene, sanitation, and food safety practices in production areas.
- Maintain QA/QC documentation, reports, and SOPs.
- Handle product testing, inspections, and quality audits.
- Coordinate with production teams for corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Support internal and external audits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology / Food Science / Microbiology / Biotechnology / Chemistry.
- Knowledge of food safety and quality standards.
- Good analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in dairy, bakery, beverages, frozen foods, snacks, spices, or FMCG industry preferred.
Preferred Skills
- HACCP / ISO 22000 knowledge
- MS Excel & reporting
- Attention to detail
