Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to build and maintain strong relationships with customers. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, following up on leads, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers regarding inquiries and orders.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Dispatch, and Accounts teams for smooth order execution.
- Collect customer feedback and report improvement suggestions.
- Generate repeat business through regular follow-ups.
- Share product information, offers, and new launches with customers.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly customer interaction reports.
Eligibility:
- Graduate. Graduate with chemical field would be plus point
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Relationship, Customer Support, or Sales Coordination. Experience in Chemical industry would be plus point.

Working Hours:
- Monday to Saturday
- 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Sunday: Weekly Off
Salary:
₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentive
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Daily customer follow-ups completed.
- Customer satisfaction and complaint resolution.
- Customer retention and repeat orders.
- Timely CRM updates.
- Response time to customer queries.
- Coordination with internal departments.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
