We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Front Office Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are interested in building a career in Human Resources while gaining hands-on experience in front office and administrative operations. The candidate will manage reception responsibilities, support day-to-day HR activities, assist with recruitment, employee engagement, and ensure smooth office coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Front Office & Reception
- Welcome and assist visitors, candidates, and clients professionally.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and front desk inquiries.
- Maintain the reception area and ensure a positive visitor experience.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate conference room bookings.
- Handle courier services, office correspondence, and visitor records.
- Support general administrative and office coordination tasks.
HR Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in attendance tracking and basic HR reporting.
- Support employee engagement activities and internal communications.
- Help coordinate training programs and HR initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department as required.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of HR concepts and processes.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with a professional and customer-friendly attitude.
- Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
