About us
Pesh Group has developed commercial real estate in Pune and PCMC since 1978 — IT parks, SEZ co-developments, industrial and PEB assets, and showrooms across Hinjewadi, Talwade, Chakan, Pirangut, Bhosari and Chinchwad. Around 70 people. Promoter-run: decisions get made in the room, with no regional-HQ sign-off loop.
The role
Own leasing across our office and IT park portfolio — Midas SEZ, Pesh Technology Park and Pesh Platinum (Thermax Chowk, Chinchwad) — with secondary exposure to industrial assets in Chakan and Pirangut. You carry the asset, not a desk assignment: sourcing, pitching, negotiating, closing, and staying with the tenant through fit-out.
What you'll do
- Source and close occupiers across IT/GCC, manufacturing, pharma and BFSI
- Run the full deal cycle: LOI → commercial terms → agreement, working with our legal team
- Own IPC and channel-partner relationships — you become the name they call for Pesh stock
- Report occupancy, pipeline and rent benchmarks directly to the directors
- Feed market intelligence back into pricing and positioning decisions
You have
- 5–7 years in commercial leasing in Pune — IPC, developer, or an established local consultancy
- A live Pune occupier and channel network you can activate from week one
- Closed office deals end-to-end — not only sourced or supported them
- Working command of PCMC and Hinjewadi micro-market rents
- Comfort with lease structures: escalation, lock-in, CAM, fit-out
- Fluent English, plus Marathi or Hindi
