Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and members in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and office schedules.
- Handle courier services, mail distribution, and front desk supplies.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and reporting.
- Liaise with housekeeping, facilities, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide information about services, memberships, or office policies.
- Assist in onboarding new members or employees when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 0 to 3 years experience in similar field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with office equipment.
- Any degree
