Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and target-driven Telesales Executive to generate sales opportunities by contacting potential customers over the phone. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating qualified leads, scheduling site visits or meetings, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided leads and databases.
- Handle inbound enquiries professionally and convert them into qualified leads.
- Explain the company's real estate projects and financial services to potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Schedule appointments, site visits, or meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up regularly with interested prospects until closure.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily calling, lead generation, and monthly sales targets.
- Address customer queries and objections professionally.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication in Odia and Hindi (preferred).
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Good listening and customer-handling ability.
- Ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email).
- Ability to work under pressure .
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, customer service, or inside sales.
- Experience in Real Estate, Banking, NBFC, Insurance, or Financial Services is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.

- Number of outbound calls made per day.
