Geeth International Tours & Travels is a leading travel agency specializing in domestic and international tour packages, flight ticketing, visa assistance, passport services, hotel bookings, and customized travel solutions. We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Customer Relations Executive to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, and walk-ins.
- Understand customer travel requirements and provide appropriate travel solutions.
- Follow up with leads and assist customers throughout the booking process.
- Maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth service delivery.
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM/database regularly.
- Assist in collecting customer feedback and reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experience in customer service, sales, or travel industry is an added advantage.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries efficiently.
- Knowledge of travel and tourism services is a plus.
