We are looking for a proactive and ownership-driven Senior Full-Stack Developer (Shopify Plus) to join our growing agency. You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing Shopify Plus stores, developing custom applications and integrations, and leveraging AI-powered tools to improve development efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Implement advanced Shopify Plus features, including Shopify Functions and Cart Transform API.
- Build and maintain custom applications and API integrations using React.js and Node.js.
- Utilize AI tools such as Cursor, Claude, or ChatGPT to enhance development workflows.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs.
- Collaborate with designers, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in full-stack development (agency experience preferred).
- Strong expertise in Shopify, Liquid, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Experience with React.js, Node.js, REST APIs, and GraphQL.
- Familiarity with Shopify Plus features and API architecture.
- Proficiency with Git and modern development tools.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a high level of ownership and accountability.
