Key Responsibilities
- Take care of the overall plumbing systems and water supply arrangements at the project site.
- Operate and monitor water pumps and ensure proper functioning of the pumping system.
- Carry out plumbing line repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Install and maintain water supply and drainage piping systems.
- Carry out installation of pumps, CP fittings, sanitary fixtures, and other plumbing fixtures.
- Inspect plumbing lines and identify leaks, blockages, damages, or other issues and rectify them promptly.
- Monitor the site's daily water requirements and water consumption.
- Coordinate with the concerned manager/site team regarding water tanker requirements and timely ordering to ensure uninterrupted water availability.
- Maintain adequate water supply for construction activities and other site requirements.
- Provide necessary filling support and ensure water tanks are filled and maintained as required.
- Maintain daily records of water requirements, tanker arrivals, and water usage, as required.
- Ensure plumbing materials, tools, pumps, and fixtures are properly maintained.
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and other departments for plumbing-related requirements.
- Follow all required safety procedures and site guidelines while carrying out plumbing works.
- Maintain proper housekeeping in plumbing and pump areas.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
