About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team in Vikhroli, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and supporting the sales and customer service process. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with information, follow-ups, and maintaining strong communication to build positive relationships.
Roles & Responsibilities:
-Make outbound calls to potential customers for promotions and lead generation
-Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
-Provide accurate information about products/services and company offerings
-Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
-Schedule appointments, meetings, or follow-ups with interested customers
-Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure customer engagement
-Update and manage customer data in CRM/Excel
-Coordinate with team members regarding customer updates and requirements
-Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
-6 months to 2 years of experience in tele calling or customer support
-Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
-Confident, persuasive, and customer-friendly approach
-Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
-Strong follow-up and communication skills
Ability to handle customer queries and resolve concerns effectively
Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
