Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and field-oriented Electrical Engineer with 2–6 years of experience to support our ongoing projects. The role involves extensive site visits, execution of electrical works, coordination with teams, and ensuring quality and safety standards across all project sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and supervise electrical installation works at project sites
- Perform frequent site visits to monitor progress and ensure timelines are met
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, SLDs, and layouts
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical regulations
- Conduct testing and commissioning of electrical systems
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly site reports
- Identify and resolve on-site electrical issues
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of electrical systems and components
- Ability to read SLD, wiring diagrams, and layouts
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Willingness to travel frequently for site visits
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
- Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in commercial/industrial project sites
- Familiarity with HT/LT panels, cable laying, earthing systems
- Knowledge of electrical safety standards
