Vidhatha Society is hiring Field Marketing Executives for promoting and assisting households with rooftop solar system installations under the PM Surya Ghar Scheme.
The role involves field-level marketing, customer interaction, awareness creation, lead generation, and guiding customers through the solar registration and document collection process.
Responsibilities:
- Promote solar schemes directly to households and communities
- Explain the benefits, subsidy, eligibility, and process to customers
- Generate leads and achieve monthly targets
- Collect required documents from interested customers
- Coordinate with internal teams for loan eligibility and installation process
- Conduct local awareness and marketing activities
- Maintain daily follow-ups and reporting
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Telugu
- Comfortable with field work and traveling locally
- Basic sales/marketing skills preferred
- Experience in field sales, solar, finance, insurance, or marketing is an advantage
- Freshers with confidence and willingness to learn can also apply
Salary:
Fixed salary + performance incentives based on monthly target achievements.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
