Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure production targets are achieved, and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. The Production Supervisor will lead production teams, coordinate workflow, monitor equipment performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities to ensure schedules and production targets are met.
- Lead, coach, and motivate production employees to achieve high performance.
- Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company standards and customer specifications.
- Enforce workplace safety policies and promote a safe working environment.
- Coordinate staffing, work assignments, and shift schedules.
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Analyze production data and identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, manufacturing procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
- Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams to resolve production issues.
- Investigate production delays, quality concerns, and safety incidents, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other operational excellence methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of manufacturing or production experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and production planning.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement principles is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
