Job Brief
We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales Head to lead our PEB and industrial construction sales division. In this role, you will define sales strategies, build strong client relationships, and lead a team to achieve revenue growth. Responsibilities
- Define and implement sales strategies for PEB and industrial projects
- Lead and manage the sales and business development team
- Drive lead generation through industrial clients, consultants, architects, and partners
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and consultants
- Oversee enquiry qualification, estimation coordination, and proposal submissions
- Lead techno-commercial discussions, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations
- Ensure timely order closures aligned with company margin and risk guidelines
- Monitor sales pipeline, forecasts, and revenue targets
- Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis
- Ensure smooth handover of secured orders to project execution teams
- Develop and enforce sales SOPs and CRM discipline
- Mentor and train the sales team for high performance
Qualifications
- BE / BTech (Civil / Mechanical preferred) or MBA with project sales background
- 812 years of experience in PEB / Construction / Industrial project sales
- Minimum 46 years in a senior sales leadership role
- Proven track record of large project closures
- Strong expertise in PEB / steel structures / industrial construction sales
- Excellent understanding of project costing, BOQ/BOM, and contract terms
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills
- Ability to interact with CXOs and large industrial clients
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Excel, and sales reporting
