Job Description
Triac Solar Pvt. Ltd. is hiring dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executives to promote and sell solar energy solutions. Candidates should have experience in the solar industry and be passionate about achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through field visits and marketing activities.
- Promote rooftop solar systems and other solar energy products.
- Meet customers, explain product features, pricing, and government subsidy schemes.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the installation and technical team.
- Prepare daily sales reports and follow up with prospective clients.
Qualifications
- ITI / Polytechnic / Diploma (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Renewable Energy, or related field).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the Solar Energy industry (Sales & Marketing preferred).
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and strong interest in solar sales may also apply.
Skills Required
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of solar products and solutions.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
- Willingness to travel for field sales.
