We are looking for a detail-oriented SEO & AEO Executive who understands modern search strategies and can optimize websites not only for Google rankings but also for AI-driven search and answer engines.
Role Overview
As an SEO & AEO Executive, you will be responsible for improving organic visibility for client websites through technical SEO, on-page optimization, keyword research, content strategy, and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) to help websites rank in featured snippets, AI results, and voice search.
Key ResponsibilitiesSEO Strategy & Execution
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
- Optimize website pages for search engines (meta tags, headings, content structure)
- Implement internal linking strategies
- Improve page speed, indexing, and crawlability
- Perform regular SEO audits
AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)
- Optimize content for Google featured snippets
- Structure content for AI Overviews, voice search, and answer engines
- Implement schema markup and structured data
- Create FAQ and Q&A structured content
- Improve content clarity and answer-focused formatting
Content Optimization
- Work with content writers to create SEO-friendly blogs and landing pages
- Optimize existing website content for higher rankings
- Build topical authority using pillar and cluster content structures
Off-Page SEO
- Support link-building campaigns through outreach and partnerships
- Manage directory submissions and citations
- Track backlink profiles and competitor link strategies
Reporting & Tools
- Monitor rankings, traffic, and keyword performance
- Track results using tools such as:
- Google Search Console
- Google Analytics
- Ahrefs / SEMrush
- Screaming Frog
- Prepare monthly SEO performance reports
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in SEO
- Understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Knowledge of schema markup and structured data
- Familiarity with featured snippets and voice search optimization
- Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.)
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Good understanding of content structure and search intent
Bonus Skills
- Experience with AI search optimization (AEO / GEO / AI Overviews)
- Knowledge of WordPress or Shopify SEO
- Basic HTML knowledge
- Experience with international SEO
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience)
