Job Role: Academic Counselor
Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses and career opportunities.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Convert inquiries and leads into admissions.
- Conduct face-to-face and virtual counseling sessions.
- Build relationships with students and parents.
- Achieve individual sales and admission targets.
- Follow up on leads and generate referrals.
- Handle objections and close admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions.
Requirements:
- 0–4 years of experience in B2C sales or customer-facing roles.
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
- Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Good counseling, persuasion, and relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented and passionate about sales.
- Willingness to work 6 days a week.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Preferred: Experience in education, admissions counseling, or educational sales.
