Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging photo, video, and graphic content for social media platforms.
- Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos, reels, and promotional content.
- Develop creative content ideas aligned with marketing campaigns and brand objectives.
- Write compelling captions, scripts, and content for social media posts.
- Coordinate with the marketing and design teams to execute campaigns.
- Cover product launches, events, store activities, and promotional campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral formats, and content strategies.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
- Manage content calendars and deliver content within deadlines.
- Analyze content performance and recommend improvements based on engagement metrics.
- Work with influencers and brand partners when required.
- Maintain and organize digital content assets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Media, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Executive, or similar role.
- Strong skills in mobile and camera videography and photography.
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
- Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other creative tools.
- Excellent storytelling, scripting, and content writing skills.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging social media platforms.
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for design, composition, and trends.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Knowledge of AI content creation tools will be an added advantage.
- Experience in retail, consumer electronics, or lifestyle brands will be preferred.
