Job Title: Civil Engineer
Reports to: Head Aqua Division
Location: Panjim, Goa
Job Summary:
We seek an experienced Civil Engineer the ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in civil works related to STP/ETP projects, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- 1. Plan, coordinate, and execute civil works related to erection and commissioning activities.
- 2. Travel to sites to ensure timely project completion.
- 3. Manage and supervise site manpower, subcontractors, and vendors.
- 4. Conduct site inspections, identify civil works-related issues, and implement corrective actions.
- 5. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, procurement, and operations).
- 7. Develop and maintain project documentation, reports, and handover documents.
- 8. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
- 9. Identify and resolve technical issues related to civil works during commissioning.
- 10. Ensure smooth handover of completed projects to clients.
Requirements:
- 1. Diploma/Bachelor's in Civil Engineering.
- 2. Minimum 1-3 years of experience with a focus on civil works.
- 3. Strong technical knowledge of civil works related to water/wastewater treatment processes.
- 4. Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- 5. Ability to work independently, lead teams, and manage multiple sites.
