Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and trend-aware Content Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Instagram trends, aesthetic editing styles, and engaging short-form content creation. We need someone who can think creatively, bring fresh ideas to edits, and create visually appealing content that connects with today’s social media audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit engaging short-form and long-form video content for Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Create trendy, aesthetic, and fast-paced edits aligned with current social media trends.
- Add transitions, effects, music, captions, graphics, and sound design to enhance content quality.
- Collaborate with the content and marketing team to understand creative direction and campaign goals.
- Contribute creative ideas and editing styles instead of simply following edit instructions.
- Maintain consistency in brand tone, visual identity, and content quality.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines efficiently.
Requirements
- 1 to 4 years of experience in video editing/content editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing tools.
- Strong understanding of Instagram reels, viral content formats, and social media aesthetics.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and storytelling.
- Ability to work independently and handle projects during night shifts if required.
Preferred Skills
- Experience editing influencer, lifestyle, fashion, or brand content.
- Understanding of current social media and reel trends.
- Basic motion graphics and animation skills are a plus.
- Good sense of music, pacing, and visual storytelling.
