We are looking for a smart, organized, and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage our online store operations across multiple e-commerce platforms. The candidate should be able to handle product listings, order processing, customer coordination, and packing & dispatching orders efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Manage and operate all e-commerce platforms such as:
- Amazon
- Flipkart
- Myntra
- Meesho
- Brand website orders and other marketplaces
- Upload and manage product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory updates
- Coordinate daily order processing and ensure timely dispatch
- Pack customer orders carefully and maintain packaging quality standards
- Generate shipping labels and coordinate with courier partners
- Handle returns, exchanges, and replacement orders
- Monitor stock levels and update inventory regularly
- Respond to customer queries and provide order updates
- Track sales performance and marketplace reports
- Coordinate with design and marketing teams for product launches and promotions
- Ensure smooth day-to-day e-commerce operations
Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and seller panels
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic computer knowledge and Excel skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of packaging and dispatch processes is preferred
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
