Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations, maintain financial records, and support smooth business transactions. The candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, GST billing experience, and good communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries
- Prepare sales and purchase invoices
- Handle GST billing and documentation
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Maintain bank records and reconcile statements
- Track outstanding payments and follow up with clients/dealers
- Prepare basic financial reports and stock statements
- Coordinate with auditors and management when required
- Maintain office accounting files and records properly
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounts, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Tally, Excel, and GST
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Minimum 1–2 years experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and responsibly

- Tally Prime
- MS Excel
- GST Filing Knowledge

- Stock and Inventory Coordination
