About the Role
Aivox SkillTech is looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller to connect with prospective students, explain our training programs, and convert inquiries into admissions. If you enjoy speaking with people and have strong persuasion skills, we'd love to have you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students from provided leads.
- Handle inbound inquiries professionally.
- Explain course details, career opportunities, fees, and placement support.
- Follow up with interested candidates through calls and WhatsApp.
- Schedule counseling sessions and campus visits.
- Maintain daily call logs and update the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and admission targets.
- Coordinate with the admissions and counseling team to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication in Malayalam and English.
- Confident, energetic, and persuasive personality.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Prior telecalling, customer support, or sales experience is an advantage (Freshers can apply).
