- Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate security officers and security supervisors.
- Conduct regular security risk assessments and recommend mitigation measures.
- Monitor CCTV systems, access control systems, and other security technologies.
- Investigate security incidents, accidents, and policy violations, and prepare detailed reports.
- Coordinate emergency response plans, evacuation procedures, and crisis management activities.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
- Manage relationships with law enforcement agencies, emergency services, and external security vendors.
- Oversee security budgets, staffing schedules, and resource allocation.
- Conduct security audits and inspections to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions.
- Promote security awareness among employees through training and communication programs.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, investigations, and security operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5–8 years of security experience, including supervisory or management responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of security operations, risk management, emergency response, and incident investigation.
- Proficiency in CCTV, access control, and other electronic security systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Working Conditions
