Work Experience: - 3–5 years of experience in Executive Assistant, Admin Coordination, Office Coordination, or Operations Support. -
More than experience, Take the responsibility, ownership, coordination ability, and strong follow-up skills. -
EA should be open to do personal tasks too – like booking movie tickets, getting dinner table, getting house repair done, making ready for meeting, etc..
Educational Qualification: - Any graduate - Secretarial/Admin background is an added advantage.
Most Important Skills
1. Follow-Up Skills (Most Important) . E.A. should be able to track tasks, follow up consistently, and ensure completion.
2. Communication Skills Should communicate clearly and confidently through calls, messages, and emails.
3. Computer Knowledge .Business Excellence Mastery Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, Google Sheets, Gmail/Outlook, and Google Search.
4. Coordination Ability Should manage multiple tasks, timelines, and departments effectively.
