Position Summary
We are looking for passionate, dedicated, and student-focused English Teachers and Computer Science Teachers to deliver engaging, high-quality classroom instruction. The selected candidates will be responsible for fostering academic excellence, encouraging critical thinking, and creating an interactive learning environment that supports the intellectual and personal growth of students.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the prescribed curriculum.
- Teach subject-specific concepts effectively using innovative and interactive teaching methodologies.
- Develop lesson plans, assignments, worksheets, practical activities, and assessments.
- Evaluate students' academic performance through tests, projects, presentations, and classroom activities.
- Provide constructive feedback and academic guidance to help students improve their learning outcomes.
- Maintain a positive, disciplined, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Encourage critical thinking, creativity, communication, and problem-solving skills among students.
- Prepare and maintain student attendance, academic records, progress reports, and assessment data.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, parents, and school management to support students' overall development.
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, faculty meetings, training programs, and other academic activities.
- Utilize digital teaching tools and educational technology to enhance classroom learning.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in English, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications, or a related discipline relevant to the subject being taught.
- B.Ed. qualification preferred.
- Strong subject knowledge in the respective discipline.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to engage students through innovative teaching methods.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital teaching tools.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Experience
1–3 Years of Teaching Experience in English or Computer Science at a school or educational institution. Freshers with excellent subject knowledge, communication skills, and a strong passion for teaching are also encouraged to apply.
