We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Client Service Manager to manage client relationships, ensure exceptional service delivery, and act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and project coordination skills to maintain long-term client satisfaction and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication and support.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams (SEO, Development, Design, Content, PPC, etc.) for timely project execution.
Conduct regular client meetings, review calls, and performance discussions.
Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards.
Handle client concerns, escalations, and provide effective resolutions.
Prepare and present project status reports, performance reports, and MIS.
Coordinate with the Sales team during client onboarding and project handover.
Maintain accurate documentation of client communications and project updates.
Collect client feedback and implement service improvement initiatives.
Ensure high client retention and satisfaction levels.
