Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
Generate new business opportunities for corporate events, weddings, exhibitions, conferences, product launches, concerts, and private events.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
Identify and approach potential clients through networking, referrals, field visits, and digital platforms.
Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, wedding planners, event agencies, and individual customers.
Understand client requirements and provide customized event solutions.
Conduct client meetings, venue visits, and presentations.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Hotel & Venue Coordination
Develop strong relationships with hotels, banquet halls, resorts, convention centers, and event venues.
Coordinate venue bookings and negotiate commercial terms.
Liaise with hospitality partners to ensure smooth event operations.
Event Planning & Coordination
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for seamless event execution.
Manage event timelines, budgets, logistics, and on-site operations.
Ensure all event deliverables are completed on schedule and within budget.
Catering & Food Coordination
Possess strong knowledge of catering operations, banquet services, food menus, and beverage planning.
Coordinate with catering partners and chefs to deliver high-quality food and service.
Ensure food quality and presentation meet client expectations.
Vendor Management
Build and maintain relationships with decorators, photographers, entertainers, production teams, sound & lighting vendors, florists, and other event suppliers.
Negotiate pricing and manage vendor contracts.
Marketing & Brand Promotion
Promote the company's event services through networking, exhibitions, digital marketing, and social media.
Develop partnerships with hotels, corporate organizations, and industry associations.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Required Skills
Strong Event Sales and Business Development skills.
Excellent client relationship and negotiation abilities.
Knowledge of corporate events, weddings, exhibitions, conferences, and social events.
Strong network with hotels, banquet halls, resorts, caterers, and event vendors.
Good understanding of catering and food & beverage operations.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and event management tools.
Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Event Management certification will be an added advantage.
Experience
4–8 years of experience in Event Sales, Event Management, Hospitality Sales, Wedding Planning, or Corporate Event Management.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Proven experience in achieving sales targets.
Strong network within the event and hospitality industry.
Excellent coordination and organizational skills.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and event execution.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
