Role Overview
This is a varied role combining social media management, content creation, administration, and project support. The successful candidate will help strengthen our online presence while assisting with the coordination and administration of customer projects from enquiry through to completion.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media & Content Management (60%)
- Manage company social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create engaging content such as posts, graphics, stories, reels, and videos.
- Edit photos and videos using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar platforms.
- Schedule and publish content according to a content calendar.
- Monitor comments, messages, and online engagement.
- Research industry trends and generate new content ideas..
- Assist with website content updates and email marketing campaigns.
Project Coordination & Administration (30%)
- Assist with scheduling site surveys, installations, and customer appointments.
- Maintain project trackers and update project progress records.
- Coordinate communication between customers, suppliers, installers, and management.
- Prepare quotations, documents, and project-related paperwork.
- Follow up on outstanding information, approvals, and customer queries.
- Support management with reporting and operational tasks.
General Business Support (10%)
- Assist with marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Help prepare presentations, proposals, and company documents.
- Support the team with various administrative and operational duties as required.
Requirements
- Experience managing social media accounts for a business.
- Strong content creation and video editing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
- Comfortable using project tracking and collaboration tools.
Preferred Skills
- Project coordination or project administration experience.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and social media advertising.

Salary: Competitive and dependent on experience.
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
